A central aid station will be open during the race offering typical “runner food”** and drinks. Fresh food will be prepared throughout the race, including items like burgers, grilled cheese, fried rice, vegetarian items and the like--and breakfast on New Year’s morning at 10:00.  On race night, pasta "dinner" will be transported to the island from the "Tiki Waterfront Sea Grille" in the Riviera Beach Marina.  If you want specific types of food or drinks, bring them in your own cooler, please. A microwave oven will be available for your use. There are no restaurants or stores on the island, so everything must be carried from the mainland.

For everyone's convenience, family members and friends who are not racing may also have access to food and drinks offered to runners throughout the event. A fee of $30 for adults and $20 for kids under 12 will be charged. If interested, this option must be chosen and fees paid at time of race registration.

**Examples of “runner food”: Water, cola, sports drink, gels, pretzels, chips, potatoes, yogurt, dates, cheese, M&M's, nuts, graham crackers, coffee, soup, fresh fruit, peanut butter, cookies, electrolyte replacement capsules or similar, etc.
